Job Title: Executive Assistant

Location: New York, NY, 10036 (Onsite Role)

Duration: 05+ Months contract

Pay Range : $40/hr. - $44.44/hr.

Job Description:

• 5 years of experience in C-Suite support.
• Candidate must be incredibly polished with a great background as an Executive Assistant.
• Financial Services experience as an EA is required.
• Supports executives and administrative staff in general office duties and defers all significant decision-making to management.
• Requires a high level of professionalism and business etiquette.
• Due to the confidential and sensitive nature of the information to which the Executive Assistant may be exposed, discretion is required.
• Position calls for initiative, independence, and compliance.
• Must be able to learn quickly and to engage in several detailed tasks at once.
• Must have strong flexibility regarding the duties assigned and the hours necessary to complete them.
• Prior experience at a banking or financial client, as well as factors such as a specific college degree or multilingual fluency, may be preferred.
