Executive Assistant / Project Manager

Role Overview: 

We're seeking an organized, proactive Executive Assistant / Project Manager to support our founder and focused Los Angeles-based team across high-priority initiatives. This role offers hybrid work options, perfect for someone passionate about working at the intersection between creativity and commerce.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
• Assist with project management, tracking deadlines, and ensuring deliverables.
• Manage communications, emails, and follow-ups effectively.
• Organize documentation and maintain digital filing systems.
• Provide administrative support for various projects as needed.

Requirements:

• Detail-oriented, organized, and highly reliable.
• Ambitious and eager to contribute to a growing team.
• Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Able to multitask, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
• Experienced with project management tools (Asana, Notion, etc.) and calendar management.
• Comfortable working independently and proactively.
• Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Project Manager, or similar administrative role.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and strong digital skills.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
• Experience in or knowledge of the fashion/luxury industry is a plus.
