Job Description

We are currently looking for a exterior construction carpenter who is a team player and brings in a positive attitude into the work environment. The ideal candidate must be ambitious to learning new tasks and helpful teaching others those tasks. Some of the tasks that you will be asked to do is Siding installations & Repairs, Wood/Cedar/Shake siding installation repairs, repair exterior rotted framing, windows, doors and other miscellaneous exterior construction work. Extensive experience is required.

A VALID DRIVERS LICENSE IS PREFERRED.

Skill Requirements:

· Minimum 5 Years Experience in the Siding, exterior construction industry

· General Knowledge of Siding, windows, doors, facia, aluminum, etc.

· Ability to set up jobs, including ladders, jack boards, scaffolding etc

· Repair exterior Siding, azek, et

· Be able to focus and provide a thorough clean up of job sites

· Use of all hand tools

Physical Attributes:

· Must be able to work up to 12 hours per day during peak season

· Work may be during extreme temperatures

You will be on your feet all day long

Additional experience as a journeyman carpenter, skilled carpenter, carpenter apprentice, construction worker, construction framing will be considered!

Responsibilities

• Construct and repair exterior structures such as roofs, siding, and decks.
• Utilize carpentry skills to measure, cut, and install materials accurately.
• Work with various tools including hand tools and power tools to complete projects.
• Follow blueprints and construction plans to ensure precise execution.
• Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations on construction sites.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $44,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
