We work with private clubs, public courses, and multi-course operators to improve player experience, reduce operational costs, protect turf, and solve labor shortages through smart hardware and intelligent software. Our platform powers pace-of-play management, real-time staff visibility, and golf cart traffic optimization.
We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Field & Success Operations Associate to support the operational side of our customer onboarding process. This is an entry-level role with a clear path to grow into a Customer Success position as you build experience in golf technology, customer service, and technical setup.
Position OverviewIn this hands-on operations role, you will help prepare and configure hardware for deployment, assist with golf course setup in the FAIRWAYiQ backend system, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new customers. You’ll manage inventory, ship and track devices, and provide light technical support for hardware replacements. Over time, you’ll gain exposure to Customer Success workflows and build a strong foundation for growth within the company.
A passion for golf is required — you’ll be working closely with golf courses and club operators, so genuine enthusiasm for the game is essential to understanding their needs.
