FAIRWAYiQ uses AI and automation to deliver 4-hour rounds of golf, transforming how golf course operations are managed.

We work with private clubs, public courses, and multi-course operators to improve player experience, reduce operational costs, protect turf, and solve labor shortages through smart hardware and intelligent software. Our platform powers pace-of-play management, real-time staff visibility, and golf cart traffic optimization.

We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Field & Success Operations Associate to support the operational side of our customer onboarding process. This is an entry-level role with a clear path to grow into a Customer Success position as you build experience in golf technology, customer service, and technical setup.

In this hands-on operations role, you will help prepare and configure hardware for deployment, assist with golf course setup in the FAIRWAYiQ backend system, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new customers. You’ll manage inventory, ship and track devices, and provide light technical support for hardware replacements. Over time, you’ll gain exposure to Customer Success workflows and build a strong foundation for growth within the company.

A passion for golf is required — you’ll be working closely with golf courses and club operators, so genuine enthusiasm for the game is essential to understanding their needs.

• Manage and maintain hardware inventory — including ordering, organizing, and tracking devices
• Configure tablets and other devices for deployment to new golf course customers
• Set up golf courses in the FAIRWAYiQ backend system to ensure proper software–hardware integration
• Package and ship hardware to customers with precision and care
• Provide light technical support for hardware replacements and troubleshoot basic setup issues
• Coordinate with the Customer Success and Field Operations teams to support new customer onboarding
• Learn the FAIRWAYiQ platform and workflows with the goal of growing into a Customer Success Representative role

• 0–2 years of professional experience (we’ll train the right candidate!)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems (bonus for experience with tablets or IoT devices)
• Clear communicator — written and verbal — with a collaborative, team-first mindset
• Self-starter who takes initiative and enjoys solving problems
• A passion for golf is required — whether you're a player, fan, or just love being around the game
• Desire to grow within a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment

• Competitive base salary: $48,000–$55,000 depending on experience
