Key job responsibilities The Flight Support Assistant will work closely with crew members. Candidates must be self-driven and responsible. Duties include: Assisting in crew briefings, mission planning, and performing critical roles in field operations Ensuring a safe operational environment Export Control License This position may require a deemed export control license for compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Placement is contingent on Client's ability to apply for and obtain an export control license on your behalf. Lifting: The ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds of equipment, including drones, batteries, and related gear, as part of daily operational tasks. Bending and Flexibility: The role may involve bending, squatting, and other physical movements to set up, maintain, or retrieve equipment and perform operational tasks. Standing: The candidate should be capable of standing for extended periods, particularly during drone setup, takeoff, and landing procedures. Climbing Ladders: Depending on the specific operational requirements, the candidate may need to ascend and descend ladders or elevated platforms to access drones, perform maintenance, or conduct inspections. Visual Acuity: Good visual acuity, including the ability to identify and respond to obstacles, hazards, or changes in flight conditions during drone operations.
