Status: Part Time Pay: $16.28 - Level I $16.60 - Level II Join our team as a Food and Beverage Attendant! We are seeking enthusiastic individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are dedicated to providing guests with memorable dining experiences. As a Food and Beverage Attendant, you will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding customer service, assisting with food and beverage preparation, maintaining cleanliness and organization, and ensuring guest satisfaction. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Level I - F&B Attendant - Service food and beverage customers with products and records orders.
- Take orders and enter orders into the system, collect and record payments.
Level II - F&B Attendant - Prepare wines, cocktails and other liquor for guests and servers according to established policy.
- Prepare all standard and nonstandard alcoholic beverages in accordance with established recipes.
- Take orders and enter orders into the system, collect and record payments.
ADDITIONAL DUTIES - Act as a cashier for Beverage Servers as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness of counter and food service area at all times.
- Clean assigned service area and restock bar supplies as needed.
- Relay all guest complaints / compliments to supervisor; promotes positive public relations.
- Make accurate changes to customers for payments.
- Obtain food, beverages, condiments and deliver to outlet if necessary; maintain adequate stock levels in assigned outlet.
- Maintain a clean, safe, hazard-free environment within the area of responsibility.
Requirements
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: - High School Diploma or GED
- Level I - Some prior experience in food service preferred (fast food, etc.)
- Must be able to pass a background check.
- Washington State Food Workers Card
- Current Class 12 Mixologist permit (Level II Attendants only).
- Bartender Training and/or 6-months previous bartender experience (Level II Attendants only).
