Job Description

We have IMMEDIATE 1st shift opportunities to join a fantastic company with our partners at Irwin Seating!   We are currently looking for someone with previous wood working experience and ability to use wood shop machinery. This department tends to be dustier due to the sanding of wood components Essential Duties for this position include: Must be familiar with wood working equipment such as sanders and routers. Must be able to stand for up to 10 hour per day Must be willing to rotate to different workstations as production needs require. Must be flexible in work assignments, as different seating models require different assembly operations Constantly lift and/or move up 10 lbs., frequently lift and/or move up to 40 lbs. Good understanding of quality control principles Good communication skills (verbal and written) Qualified Applicants for Immediate Consideration Should Have: Reliable Transportation Good Attendance Record Previous experience in manufacturing wood work, with in production  Currently working 4:45AM to 3:15PM (10 hour shifts). Shift time may change as production needs change.
