General Sales Manager Responsibilities:
- Hire, motivate, mentor and train the New & Used Sales team, Internet Sales, and Finance Managers
- Work with the sales team to maintain sales profitability of New and/or Pre-Owned Vehicles
- Manage both New and Used Car Inventory
- Establish and maintain performance standards
