Our team is committed to ensuring efficient and effective dispatching solutions for our clients, and we are looking for a motivated Sales Representative to join our dynamic team.
Job Summary:
As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales and expanding our client base. You will work remotely and will be compensated on a commission basis, giving you the flexibility to manage your own schedule and the opportunity to earn based on your performance. We guarantee a minimum of 1,500 leads per week and provide intense high-level NEPQ sales training to ensure your success.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition: Identify and reach out to potential clients, including owner operators and small trucking companies, to promote our dispatching services.
Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand our market presence.
Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to ensure mutual satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential areas for growth.
Reporting: Provide regular sales reports and updates to management, including insights and recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales, preferably within the logistics or freight industry.
Excellent communication in fluent Hindi and English and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Ability to understand client needs and provide solutions.
Proficient in using sales and CRM software.
Familiarity with the freight dispatching industry is a plus.
