Eyecare Center of Salem is looking for Home Based Data Entry Typist to work with us on an ongoing basis. The work is simple and easy to do, and you can work from the comfort of your own home. • Enters data into database using computer
• Generates reports on data to which the entry relates
• Generates reports summarizing data or results
• Analyzes data, identifies trends, and generates reports
• Writes a wide variety of reports, letters, memos, and correspondence
• Compiles, updates, and maintains information in databases
• Researches current developments in areas of expertise
• Reviews customer and employee files, resolving problems
• Oversees the daily operations of department

• Highly motivated self-starter
• Excellent typing skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of basic computer functions (word processing, email, internet, etc.)
• Experience with web based data entry

• Enters data into multiple databases from current and new client applications, including QuickBooks, Excel, Word, and QuickBooks
• Maintains and updates databases and documents, and maintains client records
• Provide concise information to clients and project team members
• Operates office equipment, including computers and software
• Ensure that projects remain on schedule and within budget
