Job Description

System One is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join a dynamic Human Resources team. As an HR Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the HR department. This role involves a variety of HR-related tasks, including recruitment, employee onboarding, benefits administration, and employee relations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment Support:

    • Assist with the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communication.
    • Coordinate and participate in new hire orientation and onboarding processes.
  • HR Administration:

    • Maintain employee records and ensure accuracy and compliance with legal requirements.
    • Assist in the administration of benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave management.
    • Process payroll information, including timekeeping and attendance data.
  • Employee Relations:

    • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
    • Assist in resolving employee issues and conflicts, ensuring fair and consistent application of company policies.
    • Support HR initiatives aimed at improving employee engagement and satisfaction.
  • Compliance & Reporting:

    • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
    • Assist in the preparation of HR-related reports, including turnover, absenteeism, and headcount analysis.
  • Other Duties:

    • Provide general administrative support to the HR team as needed.
    • Participate in HR projects and initiatives to enhance the overall HR function.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in an HR role, preferably as an HR Assistant or Coordinator.
  • Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
