Job Description

The HR Specialist will play a key role in supporting various HR functions including employee relations, recruitment, and payroll assistance. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of hands-on experience in human resources and a solid understanding of HR best practices.

What will you do day-to-day?

• Assist in processing payroll and maintaining accurate employee records
• Support the recruitment process by posting jobs, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews
• Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR policies
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes
• Help resolve employee relations issues with professionalism and confidentiality
• Maintain HR databases and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
• Contribute to the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems

Who are you?

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a human resources role
• Familiarity with payroll processes and HRIS systems
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• High level of confidentiality, integrity, and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
