We are seeking an experienced in-house HVAC technician to complete work orders and be responsible for preventative maintenance and new installs.
Requirements:Skill sets should include:
· 5+ Years of Commercial HVAC experience
· Universal certifications
· Boiler and Chiller experience is a plus
· Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
· Basic computer skills, including email and SmartSheets is a plus
· Experience with older buildings is a plus
· Must be organized and maintain a clean work space
· Daily communication with the office manager on job progress and supply needs
· Reports to management upon job completion or when problems/discrepancies occur
· Adheres to established policies and procedures, paying particular attention to safety regulations
· Must have the ability to work on and support a team, basic computer skills and email knowledge, effective time management skill and the ability to lift and carry a minimum of 50lbs
