Industrial Electrician 
Position Type:   Full-time

Salary Range: $30-$35 an hour, DOE

Shift: Monday-Friday Night Shift

Position Summary:

LEAD Technical has partnered with a well-established manufacturer and  seeks  a n Industrial Electrician.  The ideal candidate will have formal training and significant experience working in an industrial setting, with a strong emphasis on high-voltage systems. We are looking for individuals who thrive in a structured environment and can seamlessly integrate into a set routine and schedule.

Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities :

• Electrical Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical systems and equipment within an industrial environment.
• High-Voltage Expertise: Demonstrate proficiency in working with high-voltage systems,  ensuring compliance with safety regulations and protocols at all times .
• Installation and Upgrades: Install, modify, and upgrade electrical systems and components to improve efficiency and functionality.
• Equipment Calibration: Calibrate and adjust electrical equipment to maintain optimal performance and accuracy.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols to prevent accidents or injuries related to electrical work.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other maintenance team members and production personnel to address electrical issues and minimize downtime.

Experience and Education Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Formal Training: Completion of formal training programs in electrical systems or related fields, with certification or licensure preferred.
• Industrial Experience: Proven experience working in an industrial setting, with a strong understanding of industrial electrical systems and equipment.
• High-Voltage Experience: Demonstrated expertise in working with high-voltage systems, with a focus on safety and compliance.
• Reliability: Ability to adhere to a set routine and schedule, with a track record of reliability and consistency.
• Team Player: Collaborative attitude and willingness to work closely with others to achieve common goals.
