Role: IT Project Manager

Location: Charlotte, NC

Contract(1 year)

Hybrid 3 days onsite a week

Pay: $45-$50/hr ( The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors. )

Responsible for managing the Cross Technology initiative and base funding allocations. Act as a liaison between technology teams and business support managers to assist with technology funding related gaps, challenges and changes.

Role responsibilities to include but not be limited to:

• Developing tools and tracking mechanisms to ensure all financial decisions and changes are clearly documented and communicated on a timely basis

• Resource and Direct Expense forecasting

• Ensuring programs and projects are forecasted as expected from a spend perspective

• Partnering with the Tech Teams, BSMs, PMO and in some cases LOB

• Assisting project teams in activities to resolve planning and funding issues/gaps

• Supporting strategic and ad hoc business support and financial needs Required Skills:

• Preferred of 5-7 years previous Bank, technology strategic planning or project management experience

• Excellent oral and written communication skills • Ability to succinctly convey information to executive leaders and stakeholders

• Demonstrated ability to effectively interact with a diverse set of stakeholders, quickly identify their needs and develop plans to support them.

• Ability to anticipate the next step in the process and develop proactive plans / tools to address

• Understanding of DAIC, Agile, PPRT, PCM, and other BAC project management methodologies and tools.

• Must be a creative thinker, results-oriented individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced, challenging environment.

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple (potentially competing) tasks and to work effectively across teams

• SharePoint set up and maintenance

• Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills
