Job Overview

We are seeking a Manager of Integration and Transformation to lead post-acquisition integration and business transformation across our growing dental lab network. This high-impact role will ensure seamless operational alignment and deliver key strategic initiatives that support the company’s growth and efficiency objectives. This position reports to the COO.

An ideal candidate will have a strong background in business transformation, M&A integration, and cross-functional leadership. They will be responsible for coordinating initiatives across multiple teams, ensuring newly acquired labs are successfully integrated, and optimizing internal processes to enhance performance and scalability.

In this role, the key responsibilities are…

Integration Leadership

  • Lead the integration of newly acquired dental labs, ensuring smooth transitions in operations, culture, and systems.
  • Develop and execute integration plans that align people, processes, and technology to drive efficiency and standardization.
  • Serve as the primary coordinator across functions (operations, finance, HR, IT) to ensure alignment and execution of integration priorities.
  • Identify operational synergies and implement best practices across the expanded lab network.

Business Transformation & Strategic Execution

  • Drive critical initiatives under the COO’s scope, ensuring alignment with company objectives and long-term growth strategy.
  • Partner with department leaders to enhance efficiency, streamline workflows, and implement scalable business solutions.
  • Monitor key business performance metrics, analyze data, and provide insights that support decision-making.
  • Lead process improvements where needed, collaborating with the Director of Operations on Lean and continuous improvement efforts.
  • Support change management efforts to ensure smooth adoption of new initiatives across the organization.

COO Support & Leadership Enablement

  • Drive execution of the COO strategic priorities, ensuring focus on high-impact initiatives with measurable outcomes.
  • Streamline communication and coordination across teams to align objectives, eliminate roadblocks, and enhance accountability.
  • Deliver executive-level reports and data driven insights to support decision making and optimize performance.
  • Lead high visibility cross-functional projects that accelerate growth, improve efficiency, and strengthen operational excellence.

In this role, you’ll need to have…

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
  • 7+ years of experience in business transformation, M&A integration, operations, or a related field.
  • Strong project management and strategic execution skills, with experience leading complex, cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in multi-site healthcare services, dental/orthodontic labs, or a similar environment is highly preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive data-informed decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Highly organized, adaptable, and able to balance multiple priorities in a dynamic, growth-focused environment.
