About:

A Real Estate Private Debt shop is looking to add an Investor Relations Associate to help drive capital raising, investor communications, and marketing efforts to their rapidly growing team

Investor Relations Associate Key Responsibilities:

• Support the external sales team by developing and maintaining relationships with clients and investors.
• Assist in identifying new investment opportunities and maintaining a robust pipeline of business.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute campaigns that drive investor engagement.
• Conduct research and analysis on market trends, investment strategies, and competitor offerings.
• Provide detailed product information and assist with presentations to clients and investors.
• Respond to inquiries and assist with sales efforts, ensuring the highest level of customer service.
• Coordinate and participate in client meetings, conferences, and events to promote the firm's offerings.
• Track sales progress and assist in reporting results to senior leadership.

Investor Relations Associate Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of experience in a sales, relationship management, or similar role within the real estate, private debt, or finance industries.
• Knowledge of real estate markets and private debt strategies is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business, or a related field is preferred.
