Position Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and motivated Junior Front-End Developer to join our New York City office. As a Service Delivery Engineer, you will play a key role in implementing large-scale digital marketing campaigns for Fortune 500 clients. Your expertise in HTML, CSS, Photoshop, and JavaScript will be essential as you collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrations with major marketing platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Set up and configure integrations with clients' marketing platforms to deliver engaging content across Email, Web, Facebook, and Push channels.
Ensure all client requirements are met, including content data transfers and conversion tracking.
Collaborate with team members to ensure on-time and seamless integration setups.
Provide ongoing support for clients' campaign content delivery.
Create and maintain well-documented procedures.
Execute thorough quality assurance processes to guarantee flawless delivery of marketing assets.
Identify and propose enhancements for operational efficiency.
What You Bring:
Preferred educational background in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
At least 1 year of hands-on experience in web design and campaign management.
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and Adobe Photoshop (or similar tools).
Strong experience in building responsive HTML email templates compatible with major email clients.
Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator or InDesign is a plus.
Comfortable with JavaScript and web analytics tools.
Experience in social media, email marketing, and mobile apps is beneficial.
Excellent communication skills in English with strong organizational abilities.
Detail-oriented, adaptable, and a collaborative team player.
