Required Education and Experience are:

• Bachelor’s degree in chemistry or related subject

• Have a minimum of 2 years experiences in chemistry labs

• Have general chemistry lab techniques, such as mixing, filtration, sonication, centrifuging

• Understand acid base titration, solid phase chemical modification, and polymerization mechanism

• Know to safely handle chemicals and biochemicals

• Can follow written procedures. Comply with company change control policy and escalate nonconformance findings and follow appropriated deviation process

• Trained on good laboratory practices (GLP) and good documentation practices (GDP)

  Our client is seeking to fill a Lab Technician position to manufacture latex particle reagents to support in-vitro diagnostic product.

  Lab Technician Major Functions And Responsibilities Include:

• Manufacture latex particle reagents both at lab scale and under bulk manufacturing settings

• Manufacture nano-particles by emulsion polymerization

• Maintain various lab equipment, perform necessary calibration, verification and maintenance

• Perform routing analytical tests, such as pH, particle size, UV-Vis absorbance

• Document all activities compliant with FDA, ISO, IVDD and other related regulations

• Prepare development lots of new product, perform experiments to troubleshoot product performance issues

• Support various feasibility and validation activities
