Based in Atlanta, our collaborative team integrates engineering, planning, and landscape architecture to deliver exceptional projects across a variety of sectors.

Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Landscape Architect Project Manager to join our team in Atlanta. This individual will play a key role in managing landscape architecture projects, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage all phases of landscape architecture projects, from concept development through construction documentation and implementation.

Coordinate with civil engineers, architects, planners, and other consultants to develop integrated design solutions.

Supervise and mentor junior landscape architects and design staff.

Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members, maintaining strong professional relationships.

Prepare project proposals, budgets, schedules, and work plans.

Oversee site analysis, master planning, planting design, and hardscape detailing.

Ensure compliance with local codes, ordinances, and environmental regulations.

Conduct construction administration, including site visits, submittal reviews, and coordination with contractors.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Landscape Architecture from an accredited program.

Licensed Landscape Architect (PLA/RLA) in Georgia or ability to obtain licensure within six months.

6-10 years of professional experience in landscape architecture, with at least 3 years in a project management role.

Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in project management, site design, and sustainable practices.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, and other design software; knowledge of GIS and Revit is a plus.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong organizational and time management abilities, with the capability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Familiarity with Georgia's local landscape and environmental regulations is highly preferred.
