Job Description

UPS Industrial Services LLC. is searching for Lead Estimator - Capital Projects (Large and Medium)

Must be Proficient with inEight Software.

A lead estimator is a professional who accurately estimates the cost, time, materials, labor, and equipment required for capital and turnaround projects . A lead estimator also performs cost analyses, identifies subcontractors, obtains labor rates and taxes, and performs quantity surveys . A lead estimator may also attend post tender and pre-award meetings with clients, research and analyze trends, and keep track of the project stages and costs .

REQUIREMENTS:

· Must be able to pass drug screen.

· Must be able to pass background check.

· Must have good communication skills.

· Must have transportation to and from job site.

· Must be able to establish and maintain good working relationships with other employees.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

· This position requires a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent.

· Must be proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Primavera.

· 5 years’ experience as a Lead or Master Scheduler with Refinery experience is needed.
