About ABC : The Association to Benefit Children (ABC) is dedicated to ensuring that every child has a joyful, healthy, and safe life through compassionate and innovative programs since 1986. ABC is currently seeking a lead infant/toddler teacher at the Graham School at Echo Park (1841 Park Avenue) in an Early Head Start classroom. Children ages birth - 3.

Responsibilities of the teacher include:

  • Lesson planning, conducting assessment, and curriculum implementation
  • Maintaining a safe, organized learning environment
  • Maintaining accurate and timely classroom records/documentation

Qualifications of the teacher:

  • NYS Early Childhood Educator license required (initial certification accepted)
  • Experience working with children ages 0-3
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
  • Being joyous with children and maintaining high standards, non-negotiable.

Salary: $56,933 - $59,172 per year (dependent on credential)
