    • Coordinate cross-functional initiatives with Finance, HR, Operations, and other departments to ensure compliance with legal requirements.
    • Manage relationships with external legal counsel and monitor legal costs to optimize budget performance.
  4. Compliance and Risk Management:
    • Ensure the company’s operations comply with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.
    • Track and report on legal and regulatory developments that may impact the business.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to assess and mitigate risks associated with contracts and business activities.

Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of contract law and contract management processes.
  • Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficient in legal research tools and contract management systems.
  • Experience working in the logistics, transportation, or technology industry is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with internal teams and external partners.
  • Ability to work independently while also being a collaborative team player.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • JD with relevant legal experience, though passing the bar is not required.
  • Experience in managing legal operations in a fast-paced startup or growth-oriented environment.
