Feuerstein Kulick LLP is a Chambers-ranked law firm focusing on clients in the legal cannabis industry. With offices in New York and California, the firm represents clients in significant litigations, corporate transactions, particularly debt financings, and regulatory matters. The firm was founded by former "Biglaw" attorneys who have sought to create a more entrepreneurial and client-focused practice.
The firm's litigation group is our largest, and we pride ourselves on trying cases. This past year, we tried two cases to conclusion and won them both. Our group has represented many of the leading cannabis companies in the nation in significant matters, including both commercial disputes and important challenges to regulatory actions. We also represent a number of businesses and entrepreneurs in other industries.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in our brand new office in uptown Oakland, CA for a mid-level Litigation Associate. The Litigation Associate can expect responsibility that grows as as fast as they can handle it.
Applicants should have 2-5 years experience in litigation. Experience in cannabis-related matters is not required, but the best applicants will show interest in the field, a sense of humor, and the ability to have fun while doing excellent work for their clients.
