Schow’s Truck Center is seeking an experienced, local CDL Driver for our Heyburn, ID location.
The ideal candidate will have experience in route driving. In this role you will drive a dually pick-up truck, delivering equipment between Southern Idaho to Utah, while having the luxury of being home every night.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
-Loading and unloading equipment and providing exceptional customer service to our client base.
-Ensuring timely delivery of goods to predetermined customers on specific routes.
-Operating the delivery vehicle in a safe and cautious fashion.
-Maintain accurate records of deliveries and vehicle maintenance.
QUALIFICATION
-DOT Medical Card and Commercial Driver’s License (CDL), acceptable driving record and ability to maintain it.
-Knowledge of using a gooseneck
-Required to bend, stoop, crouch, reach, walk, drive, lift and carry heavy items for extended periods; the ability to lift 50 pounds.
