Essential Job Functions:
  • Process mail/packages received from couriers.
  • Sort mail and label accountable mail (USPS, UPS, Fedex).
  • Deliver mail to designated mail floors using elevator or stairs and to Post Office as requested.
  • Metering of letters flats and parcels for out-going shipments.
  • Must be able to walk on client floors (up to 8 floors) in one day to deliver daily mail and packages.
  • May require one individual to do 2 runs in one day.

Required Education and Experience
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Knowledge of general office practices.
  • Mail room knowledge preferred.
  • Knowledge and use of computer and mail equipment.
  • Must be able to read and write English to aid in processing mail.
  • Must have basic knowledge of computer operation.
  • Must be able to handle maximum package weight of 75 pounds.
  • Capable of operating or being trained to operate Mail Meters and UPS shipment station.

This position has no direct report.

Travel is primarily local during the business day.
