Job Description Essential Job Functions: - Process mail/packages received from couriers.
- Sort mail and label accountable mail (USPS, UPS, Fedex).
- Deliver mail to designated mail floors using elevator or stairs and to Post Office as requested.
- Metering of letters flats and parcels for out-going shipments.
- Must be able to walk on client floors (up to 8 floors) in one day to deliver daily mail and packages.
- May require one individual to do 2 runs in one day.

Required Education and Experience - High School Diploma or GED.
- Knowledge of general office practices.
- Mail room knowledge preferred.
- Knowledge and use of computer and mail equipment.
- Must be able to read and write English to aid in processing mail.
- Must have basic knowledge of computer operation.
- Must be able to handle maximum package weight of 75 pounds.
- Capable of operating or being trained to operate Mail Meters and UPS shipment station.

Supervisory Responsibility: This position has no direct report.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work: This is a full-time position, and hours of work and days are typically Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. -5:00 p.m...
Travel: Travel is primarily local during the business day.
