Our client, a Global Manufacturer of consumer goods, is seeking a Maintenance Manager to join their team. As a Maintenance Manager, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting a team of Maintenance Technicians. The ideal candidate will have Leadership, Mentoring and Scheduling experience which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title:Maintenance Manager Location:Goldsboro, NC Pay Range: 70,000 - 90,000 What's the Job?•Safety
•Develop and implement an effective safety committee to establish safety policies and best practices throughout the facility
•Represents the company during external audits related to safety
•Ensure the safety of all associates by proactively identifying safety concerns and taking relevant actions to address those concerns
•Ensure the environmental compliance is maintained to the highest possible standards for the facility
What's Needed? - Bachelor's degree in a STEM field or equivalent combination of college-level education and experience.
- Proficient at using Microsoft Office tools Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- At least five years' experience in a manufacturing engineering or maintenance leadership role in a manufacturing environment preferred.
- Documented training in managing a safety and environmental program preferred.
