Documenting Patient Visits:
•Take detailed notes during patient appointments.
•Keep patient information private and follow privacy laws.

Billing and Insurance:
•Help with billing tasks, like submitting insurance claims.
•Enter patient and insurance details accurately.
•Check insurance statements and follow up on unpaid bills.

Data Entry and Record Keeping:
•Keep patient records up-to-date and correct.
•Make sure our database is accurate and organized.

Processing Payments:
•Review payments we receive and record them correctly.
•Work with insurance companies and patients to sort out payment questions.

Support:
•Help with other office tasks, like scheduling appointments and answering patient questions.

Skill Set
•Medical scribing experience •Fluent in English •US billing experience
