An established aerospace company located near the coast in South East Florida is looking for experienced NC Programmer proficient using Siemens NX/Unigraphics . The Programmer will be responsible for using Siemens NX/Unigraphics to fabricate complex aerospace parts. This person should have a strong background working in a collaborative manufacturing environment. Aerospace/Aircraft manufacturing preferred, but candidates with relevant experience in like industries will also be considered.

Pay, Benefits, and Shift Info:

- Pay range is $40- $48hr

- 11 paid holidays, plus PTO (2 weeks and 2 days by the end of year 1) - Opportunities for long weekends to explore sunny South Florida! Factory closes the week between Christmas and New Year's and all employees are paid for this time; days are not counted towards PTO balances

Responsibilities Summary:

  • Program C.N.C. machines.
  • Maintain and update all N.C. program files.
  • Supply machine operators with set-up and run information as required.
  • Design, draw, and coordinate large tooling fixtures and tooling masters for use on machines.
  • Create flat patterns in order to machine parts.
  • Improve on old N.C. computer programs to increase productivity and ease of machining.
  • Act as liaison between Engineering, Methods and Manufacturing departments.

Qualification Summar y – Aircraft Manufacturing Engineer

  • BS in Manufacturing Engineering or Aerospace related Engineering field AND/OR on the job experience as an NC Programmer using NX
  • Extensive knowledge of computers and programs (such as Microsoft office), understanding of document and data control as it relates to CNC programs and tool designs.
  • All employees must pass background check, drug screen, and physical and provide a copy of their HS Diploma
