Key Responsibilities:

• Synthesis: Assist in the synthesis of oligonucleotides using automated synthesizers. Follow established protocols and ensure accuracy in reagent preparation and reaction conditions.
• Purification: Perform purification of oligonucleotides using techniques such as FPLC (Fast Protein Liquid Chromatography) and HPLC (High Performance Liquid Chromatography). Monitor purification processes to achieve highquality results.
• Analysis:  Analytical assays will be conducted to verify the quality and identity of synthesized oligonucleotides using LCMS.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of experiments procedures and results. Ensure all documentation is compliant with company standards and regulatory requirements.
• Lab Maintenance: Contribute to the maintenance of laboratory equipment. Assist in inventory management and ordering of supplies as needed.
• Collaboration: Work closely with senior chemists and other team members to support ongoing projects. Contribute to problemsolving discussions.

Qualifications :

• Education: Bachelors degree in Chemistry Biochemistry Molecular Biology or a related field with 12 years experience or Masters degree with 01 years experience.
• Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship
• Skills:
  • Basic understanding of organic chemistry and chemical synthesis.
  • Familiarity with laboratory techniques and equipment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow protocols precisely.
  • Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills.
  • Effective communication skills for collaborating with team members and conveying technical information clearly.
  • Hands on experience in solidphase oligonucleotide synthesis is a plus.

Additional Information :

The position is  Full Time MondayFriday 8 am5 pm with overtime as needed.  Candidates living within a commutable distance of  Boston MA   are encouraged to apply.
