Status : On-Call

Compensation: $45 Per Hour

Schedule: Picking up shifts as your schedule allows

Various medical cannabis services are offered, including statewide delivery to 99% of Utah's population, as well as retail, drive-thru, online pick-up services through its pharmacy in West Bountiful, an in-house built app for patients, innovative technology resources, cannabis cultivation, and cannabis processing of our constantly growing line of WholesomeCo branded products. Our vertically integrated company is well known for its technology-driven approach, our focus on data, and perpetual innovation. WholesomeCo is committed to improving medical cannabis accessibility by putting patients' needs first and guiding them along their personal cannabis journeys. Our company is in search of a Staff Pharmacist. The Staff Pharmacist role will be primarily responsible for verifications of cannabis orders and patient consultations.

  Responsibilities include:

• Verify all pharmacy transactions for accuracy and compliance with all state and federal regulations and company policies
• Provide consultations to patients and prospective patients
• Maintain store operational standards
• Maintain a safe, clean environment for patients and employees
• Maintain patient confidentiality
• Directly supervise all activity within the facility
• Oversee daily inventory operations
• Assist patients with their questions, problems, and complaints
• Handle all patient-related issues in accordance with company policy
• Promote a positive experience for all patients
• Direct and oversee all patient interactions and provide clinical counseling
• Coordinate with practitioners to facilitate positive patient outcomes
• Other job duties as requested

  Qualifications:

• Desire to learn about cannabis as a medicine 
• Certified Registered Utah State Pharmacist
• Pharmacy experience required
• Experience working in a heavily regulated industry necessary
• Strong leadership skills, ability to build and manage teams
• Subject to background check per state cannabis regulations
• Ability to work weekends preferred
• Ability to remain compliant with all applicable laws as well as company SOPs and guidelines
• Ability to communicate effectively via, email, phone calls, text, or any other methods frequently used within the company
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Basic computer skills (i.e. email, excel)
• Customer service experience for the time that you will be working at our pharmacy
• Ability to stand or sit for 8-12 hours

  Cannabis Knowledge :

• WholesomeCo will provide access to medical cannabis educational tools

• Develop a deep understanding of cannabis forms, dosing, drug interactions, side effects, and available products

• Understand the efficacy of variance strains, potencies, and methods of delivery
