Who You Are

We’re looking for a Marketing Operations professional with extensive business operations experience to join the Marketing team. This person will be responsible for managing marketing processes and procedures, reviewing campaign record processes and related integrations - constantly evaluating the business’ needs with consideration to the overall marketing strategy.

This individual will have demonstrated expertise in lead management processes while working with cross functional team members. They will have a bias towards proactively managing campaigns, making sure campaigns are delivered on time and on budget, and developing operational processes to assure delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Develop marketing processes and procedures and tracking adoption across all departments
  • Execute training programs to ensure staff adherence to established processes and procedures.
  • Manage and provide oversight for various marketing departments
  • Maintain thorough documentation of processes, decisions, and issues. 
  • Analyze performance/metrics to adjust strategy
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with business objectives, target audience insights, and brand voice
  • Evaluate the impact and effectiveness of marketing programs in achieving their stated objectives, including lead flow, lifetime value, and retention. 
  • Apply tracking and reporting to all Marketing Automation tactics
  • Assist with troubleshooting issues across all assigned business units.

Qualifications and Skills

  • 3-5 yrs experience managing marketing campaigns across marketing automation and 3rd party platforms.
  • 3-5 yrs experience in marketing and management
  • Support strategy sessions for assigned business units with campaign development, updates, and recommendations based on data and quarterly goals.
  • Apply tracking and reporting to all Marketing Automation tactics
  • Assist with troubleshooting issues across all assigned business units.
  • Ability to give and receive feedback
