Job Description

MAG Aerospace is seeking a cleared Operations Analyst to support an Army Product Manager at Fort Belvoir, VA. You'll independently apply a comprehensive knowledge across key tasks and high impact assignments. You may be assigned to participate in or lead project efforts to support organizational-level operations and information with higher headquarters, subordinate organizations, and external stakeholders.

Duties include, but not limited to:

• Manage taskers and staffing packets
• Develop and publish organizational-level operations functional policies and procedures, orders, Letters of instruction, other directives, and communications (EXSUMs, Information Papers, Briefings, Reports, etc.)
• Control manage and schedule organizational resources (conference rooms, calendars, etc.)
• Plan, resource and support organizational events (command and staff meetings, town halls, ceremonies, etc.)
• Archive Operations functional documents and information
• Represent operations functional leadership at meetings and conferences
• Plan and manage facility requirements
• May be required to support special requirements (FOIA, International Program, Government Vehicle Driver, Safety, Security etc.)

Knowledge and Skills

• 10 years of relevant experience
• Strong oral and written communication skills and ability to work with others
• Demonstrated technical, analytical and problem solving skills, excellent time management, and able to manage multiple activities simultaneously

Education

• Associate's Degree

Clearance

• Must have an Active Secret Security Clearance

Desired Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• 6 years of relevant experience
• Previous experience supporting an Army Product Manager office
