Title: Pick and Pack Worker / Inventory Worker-I

Duration: 3 months

Location: Providence, RI

iPhone is required; the role requires them to use the Company App to scan inventory.

Shift 1: Monday to Friday, 6:00 am to 12:00 pm, Saturday 7am to 4 pm

Shift 2: Monday to Friday, 12:00 pm to 6:00 pm, Sunday 9 am to 2 pm

Job Description:

• Greet dashers & escort them through the store on the best path to find the requested items.
• Ensure all items are picked as requested by the customer.
• Support dashers with delivery issues (e.g. customer cancels the order, red card declines at checkout, etc.)
• Scan inventory in-store to ensure we have an accurate picture of in/out of stock items.
• Support with ad-hoc tasks e.g. photographing items.
• Records numbers, codes or other information.
• May use technology (PCs, scanners, etc.) to complete job tasks. [TBD - Pending volume / operational complexity]
• Serve as the designated “picker” for all of the ordered inventory.
• Picker would source all of the items, Dashers would simply come pick up the order.
