Outpatient Counselor Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in human service or behavioral science with two (2) year of experience in the field of chemical dependence or mental health treatment required.
• Masters degree in human service or behavioral science preferred.
• Valid State of Ohio LPC, LPCC, LSW, LISW required.

• Salary range for LISW, LPCC = $62,000 - $70,000/year
