We are looking for an ambitious Outside Sales Representative to join our team and help us expand our reach while building strong, lasting partnerships with industry professionals.
What You’ll Do –
Identify Opportunities: Proactively seek out and engage new business prospects through cold calls, warm leads, and networking events.
Build Relationships: Partner with general contractors, architecture firms, and interior designers to understand their needs and provide tailored flooring solutions that align with their goals.
Lead Sales Initiatives: Take ownership of the initial sales process, from outreach to proposal, efficiently moving clients through the pipeline.
Collaborate: Act as the primary liaison between clients and our internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
Stay Informed: Maintain a strong understanding of our products, industry trends, and competitive offerings to provide informed recommendations.
What You Bring –
Experience: Proven track record in sales, with a preference for candidates familiar with the flooring, construction, or design industries.
Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM software, and estimation tools to manage sales processes effectively.
Reliability: Valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle for client meetings and on-site visits.
Communication Skills: Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and time-management abilities.
