Job Details Are you a career-driven Paralegal with a passion for litigation, looking for an exciting opportunity to showcase your skills? We are seeking a Paralegal to join our fast-paced, highly professional and supportive legal team. This role offers an engaging work environment and the opportunity to collaborate with a team of passionate legal professionals dedicated to providing exceptional service. You will be a key player in our firm, assisting attorneys with case preparation, research, drafting legal documents, and managing case files.
Responsibilities:
1. Conducting comprehensive legal research and analysis to support case preparation in Employment Law.
2. Drafting, reviewing, and filing various legal documents, letters, and reports.
3. Assisting attorneys in preparing for trials, hearings, depositions, and meetings.
4. Managing case files, ensuring all relevant information and documents are properly organized and easily accessible.
5. Coordinating and managing timelines and deadlines for various legal processes.
6. Providing litigation support including gathering and organizing evidence and other important papers for review.
7. Collaborating with the legal team to strategize and develop case strategies.
8. Maintaining and updating databases and tracking systems for effective case management.
9. Assisting with administrative duties as needed, such as scheduling meetings and maintaining attorney calendars.
Qualifications:
1. A minimum of 1 year of experience as a Paralegal working on Employment Law cases.
2. Proficiency in legal research, legal writing, and legal documentation.
3. Experience in litigation support and case management.
4. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
5. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
6. Proficiency in using legal software and Microsoft Office Suite.
7. A degree in law, paralegal studies, or a related field is preferred.
8. Must be Bilingual in Spanish
