Part Time Community Nurse Quick Look:
No experience needed! Part-time Community Nurses at the company are compensated on a per-visit basis:

• $25 per supervisory visit
• $50 per assessment (i.e., initial assessment, annual assessments, re-assessments)
• $25/hour for administrative work
• Mileage at the federal rate, $0.58/mile

What You Will Do: Conduct/supervise client assessments and supervisory visits, Create/audit client admissions documentation
What We Need: Associate or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, Strong communication skills, Independent problem solving, must be authorized to work in the United States

Responsibilities 

• Assuring that patient care is being performed properly by observation and documentation of the client environment; promoting quality outcomes for clients. 
• Providing support with client admissions by performing in-person initial assessments, electronically inputting client’s care plans, assessments and completing clients files.
• Providing support with client annual assessments by performing in-person annual assessments, electronically inputting clients care plans, assessments and completing clients files.
• Providing support with quarterly supervisory visits, performing in-person supervisory visits, electronically inputting information gathered from the visit and updating recorded information if necessary.
• Maintain clinical compliance strategies. 
• Communicate and enforce policies and procedures. 
• Performing tasks as needed to ensure successful operations of the Company. 

Qualifications
Education : Associate or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
Licensing: Active Registered Nurse License 
Work History : We're open to a variety of experience levels. No experience required.
Reporting Structure
Supervisor: Director of Nursing or Agency Director
