Job Description

At Northwest Enforcement we do security differently. We are transparent with our team and clients. We look for team members that want to provide value to the team and the community we serve, because nothing less will do.

Our Patrol Officers typically work either a Sunday through Wednesday OR Wednesday through Saturday set schedule. If you select or are offered to work back half of the week as your primary schedule (Wed - Sat), there is a $0.50 shift differential to your base pay wage.

Shifts are usually 11.5 hours.

Patrol Officer wage range starts at $23.00 per hour with an opportunity for a raise every quarter.

After your probationary period (90 days) we have medical, dental and vision benefits that are available to our full-time team members (the company pays a percentage of the premiums). You also qualify for Protected Sick Time (PST). Paid Time Off (PTO) is available after one year for full-time team members. In addition to our comprehensive benefits package, FREE DPSST certification is available if needed and we provide uniforms for all our team members.

Team members are also offered a variety of other classes such as DPSST Armed training, ASP classes, OC Pepper Spray, De-escalation, Trauma Informed Care, First Aid and CPR, and more!

Responsibilities

Patrol Officers complete vehicle and foot patrols on multiple properties within a specific district during their shift. They respond to alarm and resident calls for service at their properties.

Qualifications

DPSST does require that you are at least 18 years of age, have a high school -diploma; a GED certificate; or a four-year, post-secondary degree issued by an accredited degree-granting college or university as well as the ability to read and write in English.

DPSST requires an FBI background check be passed as well as a drug test that complies with federal standards.

Current and valid driver-s license with at least 3 years verifiable driving experience and a clean driving record.
