Position Overview:

Join a dynamic and growing practice as a Physical Therapist specializing in Pelvic Floor Rehabilitation. You’ll work one-on-one with the practice owner, receiving daily mentorship and guidance to enhance your skills. While prior experience or training in pelvic floor rehabilitation is highly preferred, qualified candidates must complete at least one entry-level pelvic floor PT course within the first 30 days of employment. Courses are available through APTA or Herman & Wallace.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide specialized physical therapy services with a focus on pelvic floor rehabilitation.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients.
• Perform comprehensive evaluations to assess and address patient needs.
• Collaborate with the practice owner to ensure high standards of patient care.
• Educate patients on exercises, techniques, and strategies for managing pelvic floor-related conditions.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and outcomes.
• Stay updated on advancements in pelvic floor therapy and manual therapy techniques.

Qualifications:

• Valid Texas Physical Therapist (PT) License.
• Strong background in Manual Therapy with demonstrated expertise.
• Knowledge or experience in Pelvic Floor Rehabilitation is preferred.
• Commitment to completing an entry-level pelvic floor PT course within the first 30 days if not already trained.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster strong patient relationships.
• Passion for providing patient-centered care and continuous professional development.

Must-Have Skills/Qualifications:

1. Valid Texas PT License.
2. Strong background in Manual Therapy.
3. Pelvic floor knowledge, experience, or willingness to obtain formal training immediately upon hire.
