Physical Therapist Job Description:

Insight Global is seeking a skilled and passionate a Physical Therapist to join our team. As a PT, you’ll work closely with athletes, coaches, and other clientele. Your expertise will help athletes recover from injuries, prevent future issues, and optimize their performance.

Responsibilities

• Assessment and Evaluation : Conduct thorough assessments of athletes’ injuries, movement patterns, and functional limitations. Use diagnostic skills to create personalized treatment plans.
• Rehabilitation : Design and implement rehabilitation programs to improve mobility, strength, and flexibility. Guide athletes through exercises and therapies.
• Injury Prevention : Collaborate with coaches and trainers to develop injury prevention strategies. Assess risk factors and create conditioning programs.
• Treatment Techniques : Utilize various techniques, including massages, stretches, and electrotherapy, to reduce pain and enhance recovery.
• Team Collaboration : Work closely with other medical professionals to ensure comprehensive care for athletes.
• Documentation : Maintain accurate records of patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctor's degree of an accredited physical therapy curriculum
• Certification in Physical Therapy and valid state license to practice

Compensation: $80,000 to $130,00 per year annual salary. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role may include healthcare insurance offerings and paid leave as provided by applicable law
