Raytheon is hiring a Mission Management Scrum Master to support our teams in Aurora, Colorado. As a Scrum Master, you will have the opportunity to directly impact the world around you and contribute to classified programs and technologies you are passionate about. Our small agile teams adapt to evolving customer and warfighter needs.

What You Will Do
  • Act as Scrum Master and senior developer for the team.
  • Analyze software development blockers and coordinate their resolution.
  • Have a direct impact on critical operational capability.
  • Design and develop command & telemetry software.
  • Gain experience with the full software lifecycle including design, development, test, delivery, and maintenance.
  • Guide the full software lifecycle including design, development, test, delivery, and maintenance.
  • Foster modern DevSecOps development practices and utilize Agile processes.
  • The ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI U.S. Government security clearance.

Qualifications You Must Have
  • Typically requires a Bachelor's in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 8 years of experience.
  • Experience in software development.
  • Experience with command and control (C2).
  • Experience with Agile development.
  • Experience with microservices, Kubernetes, and/or containerized applications.
  • Active and transferable U.S. government issued Top Secret security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

Qualifications We Prefer
  • Experience as a Scrum Master using the Scaled Agile Framework.
  • Experience working with COTS/FOSS and performing COTS/FOSS upgrades.
  • Experience modernizing legacy systems.
  • Experience working on large scale software development efforts.
  • Experience working with applications in the AWS Cloud.
  • Experience with DevOps and Continuous Integration/Continuous Development.

The salary range for this role is 96,000 USD - 200,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
