Operations Lead – 2nd Shift, Recovery

Position: New!

Location: Building B

Hours: Monday-Thursday, 5:00pm – 3:30am

Compensation: $23.00 - $26.00/hour, wage increase eligible twice annually!

Purpose & Summary: As the Operations Lead at Dynamic, you will assist the management team with training, process improvement, and providing general support and direction in the Recovery division. With a special focus on production tracking and metrics, you will coach the team to be more efficient, work safer, and produce higher quality products. Day to day responsibilities may include:

• Recycling Support
• Disassembling Electronics
• Forklift Support
• Serving as a mentor, instructor, and area liaison for area team members
• Providing updates and recommendations to area supervisor
• Attending production meetings
• Verifying production numbers for Recycling
• Collaborate with other Leads and Recycling Supervisors
• Additional projects as assigned

Requirements & Qualifications: For consideration as an Operations Lead at Dynamic, candidates must possess a high school diploma and six months of experience in a warehouse setting. Additional qualifications include:

• Forklift and/or pallet jack experience
• High awareness of safety practices with forklift and warehouse
• Knowledge of light maintenance
• General computer skills with a high level of accuracy
• Strong problem solving and troubleshooting capabilities
• Understanding of team dynamics and coaching strategies
• Knowledge of Warehouse Procedures
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Ability to obtain forklift license
• Ability to prioritize effectively in an incentive environment
• Ability to work and stand more than 10-hours per day
• Ability to use basic hand tools
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs regularly and 100lbs occasionally
