Job Description

Adams Manufacturing, part of Keter North America is seeking a dynamic and experienced Production Supervisor to oversee and enhance our production processes in Portersville, PA. The ideal candidate will ensure the efficient and effective execution of manufacturing operations while maintaining high quality and safety standards. This role requires a hands-on leader with a strong background in production management and a keen eye for continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage production staff to ensure optimal performance and adherence to production schedules.
  • Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Monitor production processes and make adjustments as necessary to ensure product quality and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with other departments to coordinate production activities and resolve any issues.
  • Analyze production data to identify trends and recommend improvements.
  • Train and mentor production staff to develop their skills and capabilities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on production performance to senior management.

This position will work 12-hour shifts. (7am - 7pm)

REQUIREMENTS

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Management, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or a related field a plus.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a production management role.
  • Proven experience in managing production teams and improving manufacturing processes.
  • Strong understanding of production equipment and technologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong leadership and team-building abilities.
  • Strong change management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Highly proficient with MS Office
  • Ability to work 12-hour shifts
  • SAP experience a plus.
