Position : Project Coordinator

Location : Raleigh, NC; Charlotte, NC; or Atlanta, GA

Duration : 9 month contract engagement on W2

Schedule : Monday-Friday, 1st shift; 4 days on-site/1 day remote

Note :

• This individual will review 3rd Party contracts and work with external vendors.
• Candidates who have experience working with Snowflake are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:

• Review upcoming expiring contracts and determine vendor contracts that provide batch data.
• Create a central repository to document:
• Vendors that qualify/ do not qualify to source / disseminate data through Snowflake
• Data categories, data consumers, consumption patterns, roles/access for existing contracts, spend, Business Owners etc.
• Compare expiring contracts to determine overlap in services and identify opportunities for savings.
• Work with the Service Manager to contact vendors to start discussions about delivering these files in Snowflake.
• Coordinate between Snowflake contacts and the vendors to set up the new routing of the data.
• Work with Snowflake to set-up listing in Marketplace.
• Track any changes to contract amounts to determine if any cost savings were realized.
• Work with the leadership team to define/update approach strategy and roadmap for 3rd party data management.
• Repeat this process on a monthly basis with contracts coming up for renewal.
• Weekly Status reporting.

Required Experience:

• Ability to read and understand basic contract language.
• Communication, Time management, and negotiation skills.
• Project coordination experience.
• Issue tracking and follow up.
