Arlington, TX Information Technology Team as an Entry Level
Project Coordinator . The ideal candidate will assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of various IT projects within our organization. They will be responsible for a range of tasks, predominantly supporting the Project Manager in day-to-day job management and administration. This role offers an excellent opportunity for career growth and development in the field of Project Management within the IT industry. Education/Certification(s): - Bachelor's Degree or equal experience
Requirements for a Project Coordinator: - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Understanding of and ability to navigate multiple file systems in Microsoft Windows environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Strong planning and problem-solving capabilities.
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
- Ability to learn and work with all functions and roles inside the Developer team.

Schedule: - Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm
Project Coordinator duties include but are not limited to: - May perform general administrative support for a project and provide general support to visitors
- Assist in the development of project plans, including defining project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.
- Coordinate project activities, resources, and information. Liaise with team members and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including project schedules, status updates, meeting minutes, and action items.
- Facilitate communication between project teams and management. Provide regular project updates and reports on progress, milestones, and key metrics.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the enhancement of project management methodologies and best practices.
- Participate in post-project reviews and lessons learned sessions.
- Provide administrative and logistical support for project activities
