Job Description

This position serves as a Project Manager , responsible for driving operational and strategic excellence through advanced project management and change management methodologies. The role may function as either a Line Manager or Individual Contributor depending on the team structure and assignment requirements.

Key Responsibilities For Line Managers:
  • Lead and manage operational teams, ensuring alignment with day-to-day objectives.
  • Communicate and enforce organizational policies, practices, and procedures.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to drive project success while meeting operational goals.
For Individual Contributors:
  • Serve as a senior specialist in business operations with advanced expertise.
  • Work independently to address complex issues and deliver innovative solutions.
  • Develop and implement best practices to enhance project delivery and operational efficiency.
Core Responsibilities Across Roles:
  • Plan, organize, and oversee resources, timelines, and procedures to ensure successful project execution.
  • Lead cross-functional business integration efforts that align with strategic goals.
  • Monitor and report project status, including cost, staffing, and timelines.
  • Ensure compliance with internal and external quality standards (e.g., ISO).
  • Proactively identify and resolve project risks and obstacles.
Key Focus Areas
  • Change Management:

    • Implement change management strategies, preferably aligned with the Prosci methodology .
    • Lead cross-segment and cross-functional changes to achieve organizational goals.
    • Effectively communicate and gain buy-in from stakeholders during transformational projects.
  • Business Integration:

    • Balance trade-offs, risks, and opportunities in decision-making.
    • Drive business excellence through project management, change management, and continuous improvement.
Required Experience
  • Proven experience in change management , with a preference for alignment to the Prosci methodology .
  • Demonstrated success in a business change environment within project or program management.
  • Functional knowledge of organizational networks and processes.
  • Experience leading cross-segment and cross-functional initiatives.
Required Skills
  • Strong proficiency in:
    • Microsoft Suite (PowerPoint and Excel)
    • SMP (Strategic Management Practices)
    • SmartSheet
    • SharePoint
    • Microsoft Teams
  • Exceptional communication skills, including written, verbal, and presentation abilities.
  • Active listening and stakeholder engagement skills.
Educational and Certification Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Certifications in:
    • Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2)
    • Change Management (e.g., Prosci , CCMP)
Preferred Competencies
  • Strong leadership and decision-making capabilities.
  • Ability to lead teams and initiatives autonomously.
