We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and successful delivery of substation, wind, solar, and battery energy storage system (BESS) projects. This remote role offers the opportunity to work with a dynamic team while driving impactful clean energy initiatives.
🔹 What You’ll Do:
✔️ Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets
✔️ Lead all phases of project execution, ensuring on-time and high-quality delivery
✔️ Act as the key point of contact for clients, regulatory agencies, and stakeholders
✔️ Oversee budgets, risk management, and compliance with industry standards
✔️ Foster a collaborative work environment while leading diverse teams
🔹 What We’re Looking For:
✅ Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Renewable Energy , or related field ( PMP certification a plus!)
✅ 4-6 years of experience managing renewable energy projects ( wind, solar, BESS )
✅ Strong knowledge of project management methodologies & renewable energy technologies
✅ Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
✅ Experience with project management software ( MS Project, Primavera, etc. )
