As a Project Manager, Clinical Trials you will have the opportunity to:

• Proactively coordinate all project level operational aspects of VIDA’s pharmaceutical trial services for assigned trial(s)
• Oversee customer support activities and ensures program work is completed to provide overall client satisfaction
• Coordinate project management activities, resources and information
• Engage with partner/sponsor project leaders to ensure overall project success
• Monitor project progress and handle any issues that may arise
• Manage trial-specific CT analysis training procedures and perform CT scan analysis, as needed

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in life or health sciences or project management related field; or equivalent education and experience
• Previous professional experience in project management and coordination
• Strong written and oral communication skills as this role is client facing
• Proficient at creating timelines, schedules, and action plans
• Excellent time management and organizational skills are necessary for this role. Successful candidates can effectively multi-task and be creative while solving complex issues.
• Interest in supporting global customer base including willingness to be flexible to support customer needs.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in clinical trial management
• Knowledge of radiology and/or imaging experience with CT scans
• Prior experience working with Salesforce.com CRM software
