Job Description

We have been retained by our client, a growing Federal General Contractor in the Tacoma, WA area, to find a Project Manager . The successful candidate will oversee Federal construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and in compliance with all contract requirements.

Duties:

  • Lead the planning, execution, and closeout of Federal construction projects.
  • Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure successful project completion.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and government representatives to meet project milestones.
  • Ensure compliance with USACE, NAVFAC, and other Federal agency regulations.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring safety and quality standards are met.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience managing Federal construction projects, specifically USACE or NAVFAC.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in project management software and construction scheduling tools.
  • CQM-C or EM 385-1-1 certification is a plus
